Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

We gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit for eligible items returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

Eligible Returns
Approved returns will be processed as either:

  • Store credit, or
  • An exchange for an item of equal or greater value (price differences may apply)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings
  • Hair accessories
  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Any product with removed or altered sanitary tags

Additional Terms

  • Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Any claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of delivery.
